Retreats & Workshops

Sometimes the best way to move forward is to step away.

Retreats create space for meaningful conversations, leadership development, team-building, nervous system regulation, and practical action planning.

Formats

Two hours to multiple days

Every retreat is customized to the people in the room. These are the shapes they usually take.

Half day

The Workshop

Two to four hours on one focused topic — communication, alignment, culture, or a breathwork intensive. Good for a team that needs a reset without losing a day.

Full day

The Offsite

Morning of honest conversation and diagnosis, afternoon of planning and commitments. Includes a breathwork session to change the energy in the room.

2–3 days

The Retreat

Deeper leadership work, real relationship-building, and an action plan the group actually owns. Time enough for the hard things to surface.

Ideal for

Who these are built for

If your group has something worth talking about and not enough space to talk about it, this is the format.

Businesses

Reset the year, reset after a hard quarter, or align a team that has grown faster than its structure.

Leadership Teams

The conversations that never fit into a normal week, held somewhere they can actually happen.

Athletic Teams

Culture, captaincy, pressure, and recovery — the work that shows up in the fourth quarter.

Coaches

For the people responsible for everyone else's performance and rarely their own.

Men's Groups

Honest ground, no posturing, and tools that carry home.

Conferences

Keynotes and breakout sessions that leave the room with something usable, not just inspired.

Community Organizations

Boards, volunteers, and mission-driven teams working through limited time and high stakes.

Nonprofits

Alignment and burnout prevention for people carrying more than their headcount suggests.

Your group

If it isn't listed, ask. Every retreat is built for the people in the room.

A sample day

What a full-day offsite looks like

1

Opening & ground rules

Why we're here, what's off-limits, and what has to be true for the day to be worth it.

2

The honest conversation

Facilitated discussion of what's actually working and what isn't. An outside voice makes this possible.

3

Breathwork session

A guided session mid-day. It changes the nervous system of the room — and the afternoon is measurably different because of it.

4

Priorities & planning

Narrowing everything raised into the few things that matter most this quarter.

5

Commitments

Who owns what, by when, and how the group will hold each other to it. Everyone leaves with something on their calendar.

Tell me the group, the goal, and the time you have. I'll come back with a proposed agenda before you commit to anything.

Tell him the group, the goal, and the time you have — he'll come back with a proposed agenda.

Step away. Come back with something.

Tell me who's coming and what needs to change. We'll build the retreat around it.
