Working with businesses, family businesses, nonprofits, and growing organizations on alignment, culture, communication, and the systems that hold them together.
Leadership consultant, somatic breathwork facilitator, speaker, and medical sales executive with 27 years of professional experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations perform at their best.

A former NCAA Division I middle linebacker and team captain at Montana State University, Kevin has spent his life pursuing high performance — in athletics, business, and life.
Along the way, he's learned that true strength isn't just about intensity. It's about knowing when to push, when to pause, and how to lead with both courage and presence.
Today, Kevin blends practical strategy, nervous system regulation, and authentic leadership to help people build confidence, strengthen relationships, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Married for more than 25 years and the father of four children born within five years of one another, Kevin understands the demands of family, career, and the relentless pace of modern life. He enjoys exploring self-care practices, staying curious, spending time outdoors, appreciating life's simple moments, and making memories with his family.
Kevin believes we're all capable of becoming peaceful warriors — strong enough to face life's challenges and grounded enough to enjoy the journey. If that resonates with you, he'd be honored to be part of your story.
The through-line is the same in all of them: help people perform without losing themselves in the process.

Every talk is built for the room — and most include a live breathwork experience, because a hundred people breathing together lands differently than a hundred people being told about breathing.
