Regulate
Work directly with the nervous system to move out of a stress response and into a state where clarity and recovery are actually possible.
One of the most powerful tools you have to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, process emotions, and improve both physical and mental performance.

Exhale Montana is Kevin's somatic breathwork practice — the studio sessions, the community nights, and the work he brings into teams and locker rooms across the state.
Breathe. Heal. Transform.
Each session combines all three to help you reconnect with yourself, increase resilience, and create lasting change. No experience is necessary. Just show up and breathe.

Emotion lives in the body. Breathwork creates a safe container to move what's been stored — grief, anger, fear, pressure — rather than managing it forever.
Better recovery, better focus, better sleep, steadier presence under pressure. The same tools apply on a field, in a boardroom, and at your kitchen table.
Each format is shaped around the people in the room — whether that's two of you or a full roster.
Fully personalized. The most direct path if you're working through something specific.
Shared regulation, honest conversation, and a reset for the relationships closest to you.
Practical, unintimidating tools for anxiety, performance pressure, and self-doubt.
A relaxed group experience — connection, release, and a genuinely good evening.
Straightforward work alongside other men. No performance, no posturing.
Recovery, focus, and pre-competition regulation for the whole roster.
For the people carrying everyone else — tools they can use and pass on.
A wellness offering employees actually use, measured in focus and retention.
If you have a group and a goal, we'll build the session around it.
A short conversation about what you're carrying in and what you'd like to walk out with. No preparation required.
Eyes closed, lying down, following a guided breathing pattern set to music. Kevin holds the space and adjusts the pace to the room. If lying down doesn't work for you, the practice can be modified.
This is where the work happens. Emotion, tension, and stored stress often move. Whatever comes up is welcome.
Stillness, then guided reflection. This is what turns an experience into a change you can actually use tomorrow.
You leave with one or two simple practices you can run on your own — in a car, before a meeting, at the end of a hard day.
Kevin doesn't keep a studio. Community sessions run monthly at The OM Dome in Helena, and for private work he'll find a space that's comfortable for you — yours, his, on site with your team, or over video.
Call or text to check availability or ask anything first.
None. Most people arrive having never done breathwork before. Everything is guided out loud from start to finish — there is nothing to learn beforehand and nothing to get right.
Comfortable clothes and something to lie on if you have it — a mat, a blanket, and something to cover your eyes. Mats, blankets, and eye covers are provided for group sessions.
It's an eyes closed, laying down experience (this can be modified if needed)
Yes, these can be very powerful. Some people like the comfort of their own space. The aforementioned equipment is recommended along with headphones
No. He currently does a monthly offering at the OM Dome and works with clients to find a mutually comfortable space for sessions
No. This is nervous system work grounded in physiology. People of every background and belief use it, and you're welcome exactly as you are.
Yes. You're lying down, breathing, and in control the whole way through. Nothing is forced, nothing is pushed, and you can slow down or stop whenever you want. Kevin guides every step out loud and adjusts the pace to the person in front of him.
If there's something going on — pregnancy, a heart condition, epilepsy, glaucoma, anxiety, an old injury, anything at all — just tell Kevin beforehand and he'll shape the session around it. The practice bends to the person.
Yes. Team sessions, corporate wellness, and athletic programs are regularly run on site. Tell us the space and the group size and we'll shape the session around it.
